Fish Piccata on Angel Hair


I've made a vow to myself to blog the good, the bad, and the ugly.

That was a big, ugly, fail.

Honestly, I don't know what went wrong. Well, maybe I do. The lemon with the rest of it made me spit it out. The fish was beautiful in it, I cut up and sauteed bite size pieces of white fish instead of scallops (as the original recipe calls for). It was smelling really delicious, looking even better... Then I took a bite.

We tossed the whole thing.
